Operative Strongbox Scarab of the same type no drops

When the Operative strongbox has the modifier "scarab of the same type" and another modifier saying + to some type of scarabs, none of the other type of scarabs drop. I had 90 increased quant on the box with 115% increased quant map, scarab of the same type, and 4 ultimatum scarabs, and not only did no ultimatum scarabs drop, I dropped 5 scarabs total from the box. I repeated this on multiple scarabs in that map, rolling them myself, and confirmed the bug for every box of this type.
