Allow different default hideouts to be set per-character

Since portals and character MTX are limited to being used by a single character at a time, I usually end up doing completely different cosmetic themes on each character. It would be nice to be able to extend the themes to hideouts without needing to go through the Helena menus if I swap between chars.
