Hotkey rebind not Working

I always rebind my hotkeys to use alt instead of ctrl for my secondary skill slots. I have never had any issues with the binds before. However this league alt+R is specifically not working. It doesn't work on any skill I try to bind it to. Also all of my other rebinds are working perfectly fine.

If anyone could offer assistance in figuring out why I would be greatful.

I have searched online and in the forums and I haven't been able to find anything that matches my issue. Usually people have issues with all their skill rebinds.

I'm also having issues with key binds, honestly. For example, I was able to unbind SOME of my flasks, but others completely refuse to unbind.

Have a feeling flask slots might rebind to default if they are not allocated a valid unique input. You should be able to allocate them to another available key though. Which ones did you manage to unbind?
