Filters not linking to the game

Pressed follow on web site and cant see filters in the list in game

You may have multiple linked accounts. On the top, when you are logged in and choosing a character, you will see a dropdown. That might be why.

I believe you need to merge your accounts via support if that's the case to fix these issues.

Just taking a guess though.
