Game Settings will not save in between sessions

Every time I launch my game, it defaults back to Fullscreen mode and gets rid of my keybind settings. It's infuriating having to reset my keybinds every time I want to play. I have tried reinstalling multiple times and cannot seem to get rid of this bug. I've played the game for 10+ years and never had these issues until recently.

You screwed up file permissions. Delete the folder outta Documents/My Games and DO NOT RUN STEAM OR THE GAME AS AN ADMINISTRATOR.

I don't use steam or have it run as administrator. But deleting that folder and relaunching the game seemed to fix things. Shame I lost all the filters I had saved suppose I should have backed them up

Apparently the issue was due to OneDrive, which has since been removed. However all of my item filters are not working. Including the ones that are "followed" through the website. Somehow it must have used a filepath related to OneDrive which no longer exists.
