Shock Nova of Procession repeat issue

Should Shock Nova of Procession repeat 2 times when imbued with Cast While Channeling and used along with Cyclone as a trigger? I'm getting only 1 ring with no repeats, that ruins the whole point of the gem, i might as well use regular shock nova and have higher dmg on single hit.

Does it repeat if you have the same setup without imbued? Say if you swap a dps gem with cast while channeling and use non imbued? Everything else the same.

I assume that is what you mean, but unclear that you might be talking about self cast.

Unfortunately can't verify that, market for non-imbued version is crazy at the moment. I was hoping someone already tired that and could confirm. Also, I haven't seen aby builds like that and it might be the reason.

What i can tell is that it looks exacly the same as regular shock nova, at first I though it might overlap because it should folkow the "direction you target" per description. CwC always casts thing directly under you, so three is no direction to begin with, possibly that is the reason. I'm just snot sure if it is a bug or expected behavior.
