[Suggestion] Let us Block Einhar
|
I farm essences, it's something I can reliably do with a slow build and make consistent currency. Sometimes I end up fighting ones that can give pinnacle bosses a run for their money and that's okay. What's not okay is when one of them happens to be a red beast and suddenly it feels like I'm fighting a nightmare map boss with how caked up their HP is. If they also have soul eater, I might as well be fighting an uber boss.
Please give us a way to prevent Einhar from appearing in our maps. I'm not suggesting an atlas passive necessarily, but an ingame mechanic that prevents his spawning. For example, with Jun, you can soft-lock her by having all syndicate jobs except research be ready for safehouse raiding which prevents encounters. With Alva, a completed temple will stop her from spawning. There's nothing that stops Niko, but his sulphite deposits are not invasive, so it's fine. For Einhar, make it so if the menagerie is full, he can't appear in maps. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! The others found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on juice. I am not so foolish. Last edited by Pizzarugi#6258 on Mar 20, 2026, 5:34:20 PM Last bumped on Mar 30, 2026, 7:22:05 PM

Use Atlas Tree and pick the right nod. U can block any mechanics.

I would also vote for idea to make game more comfortable and allow us block any mechanics, vaal side area, lab trials (ok, lab trials are good), einhar, jun, niko (like you can block other mechanics those you don't want at the moment). I usually clearing map to zero just feel good after I complete it. And problem is most of the time I have to do those vaal side areas, that grants nothing. I doing niko, while I never played delve and my gauge of suplhite is full. I can't miss the stone. I play calmly, no rush. I open all boxes and all. I usually find myself doing those side mechanics just to waste time.
I don't understand why half of them you can block and half not. We need one button, block all masters from appearing in your maps if they aren't chosen. Full time standard player. Also full timer PoE supporter, from where I have started to play it. Last edited by withouttaboo#5622 on Mar 26, 2026, 10:57:24 AM

" When was the last time you logged into POE to check the atlas passives? tl'dr you were never able to block enhiar, jun, niko or alva. We miss you, bald man.

" I was going to reply that and you saved me some time (although I wrote this instead). |

" Dawg, you have 8 challenges completed this league. You have to know that no such node exists for masters. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! The others found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on juice. I am not so foolish. |

They could easily add block nodes for all 4 master missions. I really don't want Jun or Einhar randomly spawning in my map, making it just take longer to complete and making it potentially more dangerous lol
We even have 6 extra atlas passive points since this patch, so adding 4x more block nodes maybe that spread out evenly from the middle starting path or something would be ez. Here's my MS paint example of how it could look: ![]() Lifelong NEET, loud and proud about it.

" We had that exact wheel back in 3.18 Sentinel league, it has existed in the past. There should be no reason not to implement it again, though of course "the vision". Pointless to give triple-A game companies any sort of constructive criticism without getting put on probation (or banned). GGG's downfall is drawing near.

" Yesterday? But i thought that all mechanics can be blocked, mea culpa. It was possible in the past. " I dont care about those and yet in your mind its something that "matters". Its in your head. |

I agree about this but we have to clarify:
1. If Einhar, then all the other three as well (Alva, Jun and Niko). 2. Instead of blocking him, he can be interactable to start the "event" of hunting which will render beasts attackable but only after you talked to him first. Or they may actually spawn at the point where you start this event but not before that. |
