let tooltips be pin-able, like in PoE 2 + rnd requests

i really like the tooltips being pinable on screen, moved around as i see fit, in PoE 2.

would be a nice QoL to get this feature in PoE 1. big usefullness in market, going to do annoints and so on.

also:
• teach Niko in mine Encampment identification.
• new MTX:
lightning of maps, ie i want the bright dawn light setting of curent Mirage interior, everywhere (really helps playing PoE 1 & PoE 2 in bright enviroments, daylight, summer etc)
• mobile music player, let me have in PoE 1 & PoE 2 a mobile music player (not just in hideout) with a music que list of my favorite PoE music
• let doors have higher click priority then monsters, like you did to shrines in 3.28
• let minions or enemy npcs destroy urns, which block their pathing in Poe 1 & PoE 2

i forgot another also:

• let blight tower upgrading be hotkey-ing while in close proximity, like breach vignetes since 3.27
