Spectres Being Deleted When Entering “The Slave Pens” from Act 4 Oriath Portal

When traveling from the end of Act 4 “The Ascent” through the Oriath portal into “The Slave Pens”, all of my spectres are being deleted.

I had 14 spectres active:
-2 purchased corpse spectres: Perfect Guardian Turtle, Perfect Spirit of Fortune
-Arena Master
-11 Wretched Defilers

After walking through the portal into The Slave Pens, every spectre was removed. When I returned to my hideout, the purchased spectres were not available to resummon—they were completely gone. All 14 spectres had to be resummoned manually.

This has now happened three times, forcing me to repurchase the ritual spectres each time, totaling 180 chaos spent so far.

Please investigate and fix this issue. It’s extremely costly and makes running this content unreliable for summoner builds.

I also had my spectres deleted in this way.
I was in a party and traveled with another player through the portal into the zone and spawned with no spectres.

I was wearing an Accelleration Shrine Screams of the Desiccated, if that's perhaps relevant.
