A couple of useless new items and scarabs

I remember how proudly was presented on Twitch new Anarchy Scarab of the Exceptional. Well it turns out it doesnt live up to its name. Its pretty weak and useless scarab.
Since you changed Abyss Scarab of Edifice Abyss mechanic became pointless and therefore non existent in this game.
Coin of restoration. I am sorry to say this but its a pure trash. On reddit some guy suggested fix so that this coin can reroll wishes.
There are more items and scrabs in this game that are useless, but I wanted to point out these three and ask you to think how to make them useful, worthy and fun.
