Quest Screaming Invitation lost when died and killed boss at the same time

hi, I think I lost my Screaming Invitation quest item from seething chyme quest. I died and then killed infinite hunger with bleed. Completing the quest version of the Seething Chyme is required for the quest to continue to progress. It has never dropped a quest item.
Open the world map and navigate to Epilogue -> Atlas of the Worlds, to view what the next step of the quest is. |
