I really need to be honest here about the state of the SG/JP servers, because at this point the situation has gone beyond normal frustration. The performance in this region has been terrible for a very long time — not weeks, not months, but almost two years — with constant latency spikes, disconnects, and maps becoming unplayable for no clear reason.

You recently made a statement about EU server issues, which is fine, but it’s hard not to feel ignored when the Asian servers have been struggling for much longer without any real acknowledgement. Players in this region have been dealing with this every league, every patch, and it feels like it never gets properly addressed.

Honestly, it makes people wonder what’s going on with the infrastructure here. Path of Exile 2 already has Hong Kong servers, so why can’t something similar be done here, or at least improve the current SG/JP routing? Sometimes the stability feels so inconsistent that it genuinely makes us question whether the servers for this region are being treated as a priority at all.

I’m saying this out of frustration, not just to complain, but because the game becomes very hard to enjoy when performance issues keep happening with no clear communication. Players in Asia just want to know that these servers are being looked at and that there’s an actual plan to fix them, not just silence while other regions get updates.

Please take the condition of the SG/JP servers seriously. Right now, for many of us, the game is barely playable.

they dont even care about asia server.
the lag and spike been there for couple years and they dont care!
i been report the lag and spike and still nothing change
