Render Resolution Resetting after every Patch

Not sure this is the appropriate Forum.

Everytime there is a patch the Render Resolution is resetting to your full Window Resolution. This is really annoying and I am sure is the source for a lot of people complaining after every patch about performance issues.

Can you please not reset my chosen Render Resolution when you introduce patches.
