King of the Mist +1 ring question

If I'm using Kalandra's touch with my 2nd ring which is a +2 power charge ring, with the King of the Mist and +1 ring slot, would I get 3 of those rings instead of the current 2?

Kalandra's Touch does not work with the 3rd ring slot.
