Thunderstruck Cloak MTX effect

I’ve been using the Thunderstruck Cloak cosmetic, and while it looks awesome, the electrical surges tied to skill usage seem to cause noticeable FPS drops on my system (low-spec PC). Whenever the effect builds up, my gameplay gets pretty choppy.

I’m curious if there’s any way to tone down or disable the surge visuals while still keeping the cloak equipped. Even a toggle or reduced version of the effect would make a huge difference for those of us on lower-end PCs.
