Stop bolting on more visual effects to an ancient engine

Performance has been bad for years and it's getting even worse every single league. Nobody, I repeat nobody cares about this rainbow puke of visual effects that's layered on top of itself in every single map. People have been begging for "invisible" skill MTX forever and literally everyone would turn off all these superflous effects if they could. Stop it.
