Originator' s Memory of Trauma (Does not work)

Hello,
I’m talking to Eagon for the “Originator’s Memory of Trauma” quest, but I can’t open the map at all. It gives the error “The operation could not be completed.” This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. Is there anyone who can help?    Last bumped on Mar 20, 2026, 7:35:33 PM

Thanks, wish this was simply the error message you were presented with in game instead of just "The operation could not be completed".
