Where to run blighted maps

Hello,
I have several blighted maps but can't figure out where to use them ? I saw ther should be some area on the top left of my atlas that may only appear after running some tier 4 maps, but I have run all of them now, and even tier 8 maps in the upper left area, and I still don't see it ? If you're looking for blighted lands node, it is in the lower left quadrant (Very close to border of upper and lower left). If you have tropical island map, go down to orchard, and it should be connected there.
