Why did you stealth nerf drops?

This is feedback to GGG. I have no interest in hearing a bunch of whiney reddit bullshit from the idiot trolls who exist there. So, why did you nerf drops? it isn't a question of if, it is abundantly clear that drops were heavily nerfed with this most recent patch.

a streamer (because that is the only way anyone listens for some reason) brought attention to the fact that "ground loot" needed to be buffed, and they were right. loot has been awful for a long time and we simply needed to find more useful things. the game had become a pre-determined simulator, it was work to farm. you knew what you were going to get paid and it wasn't nearly enough. It is not just me that felt this way obviously because it was discussed in the livestream and GGG agreed "fans say there is something wrong then we need to fix it" then they did fix it! this first 10 days of the league felt amazing, like POE should feel, like it used to, and i couldn't have been happier. I could go on about many specific changes that I was happy about but no one cares so ill stick to the point of the post.

GGG was notified of a problem and agreed one existed, then implemented an incredible fix. The gameplay loop felt on point. I felt rewarded for my time. Then 10 days later you nerf it?

I know sometimes GGG says "well, no one ever really said anything" well I'm saying something. just because the echo chamber reddit idiots arent talking about it yet doesn't mean that the change went unnoticed.

please consider reverting and sticking to your guns, you had it right the first time. This isn't meant to be a GGG complaint post I think they are amazing, but that doesn't mean we should not discuss a mistake.

Lately i've ran 60+ 8mod t16 maps and lack of tinks was noticeable

I had 2 divine drops in a single 200% quant t16 map with no atlas strat or scarabs used. Its just RNG. I've been making currency effortlessly this whole league. Kingsmarch mappers definitely help with that. Like I'm swimming in random currencies, got over 5k jewellers,1k alchs,constantly over 300 scours and vaal orbs. I never run out anymore and haven't had to buy scours from the vendor at all, the 2x currency buff is amazing this patch lol

No such thing here. I am getting plenty of currency and nothing has changed.

I, for one, do not appreciate my Heist curios (and other static drop locations) having nothing but Alchemy and Binding Orbs as a "reward". Loot was most certainly changed up for the worst this time around, with many farming strategies at that.

I take it back. I got my divine orb tink only after 74 8mod T16 strongbox maps.
