[BUGGED ATLAS] My atlas can't open window for Uber fragments, and the entire side of maven map.

I can open normal maps fine in any quadrant. I got all the void stones, I can open all nightmare maps except abomination (because this map is on the maven area)

I cant open normal sirus fragment window (you guessed it, because it is on maven side)
I can't open any uber uber fragment windows (uber cortex uber eldershaper uber shaper etc) in any quadrants (not only maven area in this case)

BUT somehow i can use maven writ in the maven area. I have never been so confused and frustrated. As a result I'm sitting here unable to get all my atlas skill points.

I've tried to do everything i can on my side to try to fix this but nothing works (restart client, redo the bosses whichever ones will allow me to run)

If someone knows how to fix this pls help.
