Am I doing something wrong? Following PoB, but ingame, jewel acts differently.

I am following a PoB for Balormage's Holy Relic. In the PoB there is a spot where I am supposed to use a Timeless Hubris Jewel which commemorates Caspiro. When doing so it converts nearby Notables to Minion damage. This works in the PoB but ingame, it is converting them into wonky not minion damage values.
Am I missing something? There is no update to PoB and I cannot find anyone else saying anything about this. TiA for any feedback and/or help. Last bumped on Mar 18, 2026, 10:02:00 AM
