Question about the Holy Flame Totem "change" in the patchnotes

Hey there,

so i just read the patchnotes 3.28.0c, where they state:

"Holy Flame Totems now have an enemy targeting range that matches Spell Totems (for real this time).".

So i´m playing Holy Flame Totems. What does that mean? Is it a buff or a nerf regarding the targeting range? I´m kinda lost here and don´t know what to make of that written line.

Thanks in advance for answers if any of you guys know what GGG means by that.

Edit:

The Wiki states that:
Spell Totem Support: Range 60 Units
Holy Flame Totem: Range 100 Units

so basically it´s a nerf then :(?

This is a buff (c). The original patch notes from 3.26:
"
Holy Flame Totem: Can now target enemies 33% further away (to match Spell Totems).
Holy Flame Totem of Ire: Can now target enemies 33% further away (to match Spell Totems).
Check https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3452402 for the context.

As for more recent changes (from 3.28) we got this:
"
Channelling Spells such as Lightning Tendrils of Escalation and Blight will now channel towards enemies from further away when used by Totems.
But it's not clear to me what kind of spells it affects.
