They removed anoints a while ago.

Anoints or enchants? You can still anoint certain cassia unique helms but enchants from lab are legacy and only in standard.

That one is made by annointing the blight helmet
bricking it to rare with double corrupt and then using the tainted currwncy to make it unique.

As above. It's not easy to do.

You would need this starting item.

Brick into rare item via corruption, then mythic orb into Wilma Requital.

If it has a lab enchant, rather than 2 anoint, you would need legacy gear, as the lab doesn't provide enchantments any more.
