Add back method to bulk farm Black Baryas

With the 3.28.0c patch today there was the following change for the Wish for Rust:

"The Wish for Rust and Wish for Terror now cause the enemies they spawn to spawn when breaking the Astral Chain instead of spawning alongside Final Map Bosses in the Mirage Area. This also now allows these Wishes to appear at any Mirage of sufficient area level, instead of just Mirages within range of a Map Boss."

While this change is an improvement for players not target farming Ridan/Black Baryas by letting them spawn on Mirages away from the boss, this is a substantial nerf for players who are trying to maximize the number of Baryas they get in a given time. Previously you could maximize the number of bosses in your maps to net 4-6+ Baryas every time you found the wish in a mirage. Now you are capped at one.

In SSF I have been able to sustain an atlas strategy to farm the belts at a reasonable pace, with this change there is no consistent method to farm it in the game. The most optimal way to get them is farming another quick paced atlas strategy and sometimes get a single Barya as a bonus.

I was hoping to get to experience the fun and unique builds enabled by this item playing in SSF, but without any additional changes I have no reasonable method of accessing the rare rolls of the item.

I don't think the solution is to revert the change, but to provide a new method of target farming the Baryas.
