message key bind

I wonder if it legit to bind a message to a button on keyboard, like:
bind A: "follow me!" or something same, just wonder if it legit or not. if it legit, how i can do that?

I think it is allowed, but don't quote me on that. Certainly in the past with face to face trading, a lot of players were using a set up where they could send a prewritten chat message with a single button. Not sure if it is 100% okayed by GGG or if it extends to being allowed for the use you are suggesting, but it doesn't seem much different than that to me.
