Add an MTX variant to existing MTX that play voice lines

Some MTX, like the Pyromaniac Weapon Effect, have voice lines that play sometimes. Some MTX (like the Pyromaniac Weapon Effect, hint hint) like to speak a little too often, and get annoying, especially while idling. The MTX that talk like this are usually beautiful, but I feel compelled to not use it because the voice lines get too repetitive and trigger too often in some cases. Adding an MTX variant to these that allow you to disable the voice lines would be an extremely welcome change.
