Portal Scrolls from Atlas Stash should be usable from map by hotkey

It very inconvenient to always remember to put portal scrolls in inventory + this takes 1 slot from limited inventory. Either give special inventory slot for portal scrolls or allow to just put stack of scrolls in atlas stash and use it from there (as for Vaal orbs for example)
