"An unexpected error has occured"

For a couple of days now I sometimes get maps/areas of regions of the game that cause a client sided crash after which I land in the main menu of the game.

When I crash like this, the TP of my map is not consumed and other players can go into the tp. so its not a corrupted map.

I tried
- Switching DX11, DX12, Vulkan
- Clearing Vulkan and DX cache.
- Changing graphic settings.
- Other players can go into the tp.

Usually creating a new map instance solves the issue, but it is also happening on sub areas like mirage, pinnacle bosses and quest regions sometimes which is very annoying. I basically lose the map when that crash happens
