Promenade - battle scarred hideout

Back in the day, when maps were actually maps and not tiers like they are now (tier 6, tier 7, etc.), you could find the Battle Scarred Hideout on the "Promenade Map." Is it still possible to find it there? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!
