Singapore Server extreme lag

I am experiencing huge lag spikes when running juiced maps, when i hit once, the ping shoots up to like 200ms every time for the past few days, becoming unplayable when I went extreme juicing with breach.

Ruled out my network problems. Restarted network, router, using LAN, problem over 5 days or so. Problem disappears when I use NZ Auckland server, stable ping, at 120ms. But I would really like it if SG server is fixed because is 5ms latency :(
