Is betrayal intervention stealth nerfed?

I was running betrayal on the side for the whole league now with Haku and Leo in intervention, I didn't get any containment or catalysing scarabs (I mean literally not a single one) from their caches.

I got scarab tinks regularly in Phrecia 2.0 though.
