Does wish for rust appear in fully Mirage maps?

I spent all my currency on DJIN BARYA, almost 100 divines in. I have stacked a lot of fully mirage maps so I wanted to ask if Wish for rust can be found in these maps? I searched the wiki but did not find anything.

Please help!
