Currency Exchange Stuck

Hi,
My currency exchange has 7/10 slots blocked with Completed Orders from the previous league. I already migrated all from Character Selection, but the orders are still showing as unclaimable. For context, my character died while I was playing Hardcore, and the orders were processed after that. Have you checked the currency exchange in the parent league to see if you can collect the currency from the exchange?
Not seeing any HC standard characters on your account currently, so I'm guessing you may not be able to do this without levelling a HC character to act 6 in that league? Maybe there is a way to do it with an act 1 HC character in the hideout if the faustus npc is there, i'm unsure, but the Settlers content has a lot of hurdles for interacting with it in the early acts. I think you can't go to Kingsmarch before lvl 50, even if it has been unlock by another character that completed the campaign. Might be worth checking the exchange in any leagues you can access, if you haven't already, just to be sure nothing is in there. " Many thanks! Your suggestion of creating a new character in Standard Hardcore helped me resolve the problem. I accessed Faustus from the Hideout at Lvl 2. Didn't know that was even possible. |

That's great. I wasn't sure either and couldn't test it. If that is possible to do it makes the system much more friendly to the player, than needing to go to act 6.
