What killed me

Can we please get a death recap after we die cause often I'm left wondering what killed me and there is no clear answer. Sure you can say well you needed more tank but that doesn't help me figure out where I'm lacking apart from needing more tank. Was it Chaos damage? Was it a crit that got me? Was it some type of ailment i thought I had coverage against? The world may never know.
