Lost item from disconnection :(

Hello, guys. I was just wondering if GGG handles lost items? I have a Progenesis flask and I was holding it before I got disconnected from the game. Once I logged in back, my Progenesis flask is nowhere to be seen, sadly. Is it lost forever or is there anyway to get it back?
