Could you change the drought bringer rare monster modifier?

Drought Bringer gives rare monsters an aura that has the effect: "Flasks lose 6 Charges every 3 seconds and you cannot gain Flask Charges" (per wiki).

The 2nd part (cannot gain flask charges) disables an entire ascendancy and heavily nerfs various other builds that rely on automated flasks. It is not a modifier that can be outgeared or avoided. Could you possibly remove or heavily alter the 2nd part? I am fine with the first part (charge drain) as you can itemize for this with more flask charge generation. The charge gain prevention effectively disables 5 gear slots, for some builds it is as if you were disabling for example their body armor or helmet etc.

Came to the forums to make this exact same post. I'm pretty sure they said Archnem mods aren't supposed to entirely brick builds, but for some reason this one still exists and to make it worse it has no visual indicator making virtually unavoidable.

It would be really nice if they could do a quick pass on it this league, I like your idea of just keeping the drain, but removing the second part.

this shit makes me hate my life as wardloop, and it has also been made more common feels like when i see one every other map
Please make this change. There is nothing more frustrating than a modifier they you cannot build around, it simply bricks your looper unless you offscreen them.
