Ailith Skills Disabled on Controller

Hi! Sometimes randomly when I do a hive fortress, Ailith skills will not appear in the L2/R2+A menu. I literally cannot use them because the functionality does not appear. It doesn't change over the course of the Fortress, nothing. This is on Steam Deck, through GeForce Now, but it's also happened on my MacBook.
