Crafting help

I have been looking for a guide to craft a +2 skill gem Rune dagger with spell damage but can´t really find anything. I am a complete noob when it comes to crafting in PoE.

The guides I found seem to be outdated using fossil craft but the odds of that seem to have changed dramatically from 1/6 to something like 1/50.

From what I understand using the recombinator is the way to go but I don´t really understand the process.

Any help would be appreciated.
