already captured twice but still have this message..
why?

Quite a few players are running into this, you will see other recent threads. I'm unsure if it is a bug or player error causing it.

My understanding of how it is supposed to work, is you activate it, then there is an option to deactivate it, toggling it, by doing it again.

Capturing it a second time will toggle it off.

Some players are saying that when they are doing it the first time it is going straight to red, instead of activating.

May be a coincidence, but multiple players now seem to be creating threads, based on their interaction with "Solaris".

The way to get it to active from your current deactivated state, would be to run it again and use another vial, I assume.
