Cant apply for astrolabe

So im ended up in quest Threads of the Originator. Explore memory vaults in different atlas 1/4
I run around 50 maps in other quadrants, nothing. I clicked on Eagon, apply for Astrolabe or memory threads, atlas opened, clicked on maps, quadrants, Nothing.
