Curse limits with minions(animated guardian or spectres)

Hi im fairly new to minion builds. I have a question about curse limits.
My character have limit of two curses, one base, one from corrupted amulet.
My animted guardian have same two curse limit(or does he?), one base(?) one from boots.
My ag have asenaths with Ele weakness on hit, so he will always hit with ele weakness if there was 1 curse limit and priority order, but because of boots, he can hit with both curses.
I have assassin mark on my character. Can we apply all three curses together? Also, if not, and limits on minions and characters doesnt stack, would my mark be overwritten by curses on my ag?

No you cant apply all 3 curses. At least one of you needs to increase the limit to 3 to make it work. You could equip the Anathema ring and it should be fine.

If you dont, you and your AG will constantly overwrite each others curses with the latest one applied.

As above. You both have a curse limit of 2, so neither can exceed that to put a third curse on. They do not stack. Curses from other sources, including from your AG will override yours and vice versa. Which of the curse are on the enemy at any time, will be determined by the curse priority order, based on the curses themselves, when and how they are applied. Marks are the same, they also have to obey the curse limit, they just have a further constraint of maximum one mark on an enemy at a time.
