how to progress eater of worlds/ searing exarch

I have completed 75 map objectives and completed all the maven invitation bonuses and have the memory voidstone. I am trying to complete the exarch/eater objectives. I am running tier 16 maps in every quadrant, and influencing before entering, but once I complete they all show 0/0 towards progress. Do i need to finish all 100 map objectives before running exarch/eater? Tried looking on youtube and reddit and not finding anything.

Forgot to mention I have completed the blackstar and I'm running tier 16 rare corrupted maps.

Exarch/Eater stuff is at the bottom left of the atlas if that helps you any. You still got to progress it like normal by running maps until you do a t16 map boss with the quest active. You might be not turning on the influence also it's a little different by being at the center of the atlas instead of on the map you put in.

Thanks for the reply. I think I might have found the problem. I jumped from tier 5 maps to running all tier 16. I'm seeing that for exarch/eater you have to run tier 12/13/14/15/16 with influence to get an invitation drop. I guess I'll test tomorrow to see if this works.

They're both "Pursue <pinnacle's> influence in a Tier **+ map" in their requirements, so continuing to run Tier 16 maps would be fine.

Open up the World Map (dunno the default hotkey, can just access a waypoint to bring it up) and navigate to Epilogue - The Atlas of Worlds. You can check what the quest says to do next there.
