My HC 90 lvl character died to nothing in mirage. This is a bug. I want help from support team.

Just now I lost my char to a bug happening in a mirage. If possible I really want to get my char back in HC. I should've taken a photo quickly but I was late. I was standing in mirage doing nothing map clear. And then my char died. No projectiles no mobs, nothing.

They wont restore it unfortunately, even with record of it being a bug. If you think it was a bug, you should report it in the bug section. If you are uncertain, someone here might be able to help with understanding if it was or not.

I think there was only one instance where they restored dead HC characters in all these years.
So yeah, good luck with that. It's not going to happen |
