Perfect Hydra Spectre not reviving in hideout after death

The title pretty much explains it. It died in map, when I come back to hideout, it is forever gone - spectre count on top left corner is now 1 instead of 2. Can't revive it whatsoever, I have to buy a new one. It happened many times.

Same happened to me, it's particularly noticeable because the other spectre stays.
me too, i bought about 10-ish hydra today,
I can confirm this happens with consistence.
I have 2 hydra that haven't respawn so far today.
This is happening CONSTANTLY
Did I miss something? Why did so many people start thinking that spectres from itemized corpses should revive after death? Doesn't the new spectres mechanic only apply to regular (non-itemized) corpses?

Where did you read this specifically?
The only thing I see in the patch notes is this:

Okay, I checked, they indeed revive. For some reason, I thought this only affects regular spectres. It seems like this buff/qol is too strong for ritual spectres. This simply removes almost all of the single-use mechanics of itemized corpses.

Thanks for checking, but just to clarify the report; the bug still occurs regardless of whether the spectre comes from a regular corpse or an itemized corpse.

What you’re bringing up isn't related to the bug being reported. The issue here is that the new revive system can void spectres. I'm guessing it's related to ward loop builds.
