not getting eldrich voidstone

i have killed both eater and searing but not getting the voidstone, why?

Check Kirac perhaps? Or loot filter.

Unsure, but this is often a problem for players, particularly when there are atlas changes. There are other similar recent threads. I haven't seen an answer that is working. I think the second longer thread below mentions something to do with Eagon. I haven't read through it all, so unsure if it is helpful or not, but potentially related. You could check the bug section as well to see if anyone there is encountering something similar.
