Voltaxic Rift range display issue on trade site

Normally when user hovers over a mod on an item on trade side (pathofexile.com/trade), there is a range shown on the left, which displays the possible values.
If mod has only 1 fixed value - say, 50, range is displayed as 50-50

However for Voltaxic Rift "+40% Maximum Effect of Shock" range is displayed as "100-100".

I assume this is a leftover from patch 3.19, where the following change happened:
No longer has Your Shocks can increase Damage taken by up to a maximum of 100%.
Instead, it now has +40% to Maximum Effect of Shock.
I guess the line changed, but the 'roll range' was not updated.
