Trade history not working, shows nothing.

I tried in game, looked on this webpage in Trade tab (nothing for items sale history), Xile and nothing comes up.

I cleared my cache on the browser, don't have any remove only tabs in my inventory (which apparently may have a problem if the hide remove only tabs selection is enabled in settings), did a Steam file integrity check and nothing wrong there. I searched forums and nothing for a solution comes up.

I emailed tech support and received an automated reply that they can't help me and to post here due to no technical support available! Like seriously!?

I'm playing Standard league, and have checked ALL the leagues on the website in case there was a glitch, nothing comes up.


I have never seen the trade history work. I never checked, as I didn't notice on the top right corner the selection option to see it. It wasn't until my gaming friend was trying to help me set up Xile that we noticed it not working with my history. I've sold at least 5+ items since I've been playing. I started playing approximately last year in September, but didn't start selling items until a few months ago.


So I'm asking the community how to fix this issue, I suspect it's a bug somewhere and hopes of any technical support on this is not going to happen...

How many Merchant's Tabs do you have on your account? How long have you been using them, and what would be a ballpark estimate of how many items in them have been sold?

sounds like they simply haven't sold any items since this league launched... especially since they mentioned only selling single digit number of items.

my history was wiped with 3.28's launch... only 1 item visible sold on standard instead of hundreds from when merchant tabs became a thing for standart. league one is constantly updating as new things sell constantly atm.


I am going to assume GGG will wipe merchant history every league going forward to.



so there isn't a bug or anything here... they simply haven't sold any items via the merchant in the past week.
