Medaillon

Hi everyone,
I’ve just finished 100 runs of Betrayal Safehouse at level 83.

I didn’t get a single Catarina medallion to drop. OK… RNG is clearly against me. From 100 runs I made a profit of 25 divines – so I just bought the medallion instead.

But now I’m trying to insert it through the Atlas like everything else and it doesn’t work.

The window where the medallion is supposed to go doesn’t even pop up. Am I doing something wrong? Does the medallion have to drop for me first before I can use it?
