beyond currency drops got shadow nerfed? tainted mythic and tainted divine tear drop

My brother did a few beyond bosses in maps yesterday and was getting tainted mythic or tainted divine tear drops often, now he gets 0? i also did 20+ bosses and got 0 too?

I got a tainted mythic yesterday and i have bosses turned off, jsut as a datapoint xd They were always very rare from what i experienced, but i never do beyond bosses, just normal demons.
