Constant Crashes on PS5 [CE-108255-1]

I use kinetic fusilade with 4 sacred wisps and run high pack maps with 60% explode chance and my game freezes then crashes whenever I hit an enemy. I don't know if its has to do with the amount of projectiles chaining, then exploding, but i tried both breach and strongboxes and whenever theres a big pack of enemies my game just crashes. I tried many "fixes" like turning off sfx, lowering resolution, etc and also rebuilding my database, and reinstalling the game but to no avail.
